Phase 01
Identify

Engage
We work directly with property owners to secure permissions, negotiate terms, and confirm production agreements.
Phase 03
Fund
We secure funding through grants, corporate sponsorships, and private donors.
Phase 04
Select
We issue an open call for artists, encouraging submissions that reflect Milwaukee’s identity. A blind panel reviews each submission based on creativity, relevance, and technical skill.
Phase 05
Execute
We assist with production logistics, including materials, permits, and scheduling based on weather conditions and artist availability.
